HDPE Pipes
HDPE pipe is a type of flexible plastic pipe used for fluid and gas transfer and is often used to replace ageing concrete or steel mains pipelines. Made from the thermoplastic HDPE (high-density polyethylene), its high level of impermeability and strong molecular bond make it suitable for high pressure pipelines. Flo-Tek currently manufacture from 16mm-1000mm diameter pipes.
High Impact Pipe
High Impact pipes are intended for underground mine pressure applications for the conveyance of non-potable water in which continuous temperatures from 5 °C to 25 °C. All pipes are made to provide an effective and reliable conveyance of non-potable water.
HDPE Fittings
There is a wide verity of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) fittings they range from fabricated fittings moulded fittings, electro fusion fittings and compression fittings all of which can serve various applications.
- Best for: Residential & commercial plumbing
- Key benefit: Reliable connections that last
Welding Machines
Welding of thermoplastics is accomplished in three sequential stages, namely surface preparation, application of heat and pressure, and cooling. Numerous welding methods have been developed for the joining of plastic materials. Based on the mechanism of heat generation at the welding interface, welding methods for thermoplastics can be classified as external and internal heating method. Flo-Tek supplies quality welding machines at competitive prices for sizes up to 2000mm.
