OUR BUSINESS
A Platform Business at the Heart of African Infrastructure
The Flo-Tek Group manufactures and distributes piping systems, rotomolded products and packaging materials across the SADC region. Our vertically integrated business model — from raw material processing through to finished product distribution — provides both cost leadership and supply chain control that is difficult for competitors to replicate.
We operate in structurally growing markets. Sub-Saharan Africa faces an infrastructure deficit estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars and closing that gap requires exactly the products Flo-Tek makes. Every new water pipeline, irrigation scheme, housing development, mine, road or wastewater project is a potential customer. Our broad sector and geographic diversification means we are not dependent on any single customer, sector or economy.
